Warranty Coverage

  • Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of our company.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non quality-related issues.
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through third parties.
  • Damage from external sources.
  • Misuse of products (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper operation).
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Process

  1. Proof of Purchase: Sufficient proof of purchase must be provided, such as:
    • Order number from authorized resellers.
    • Sales invoice.
    • Dated sales receipt from an authorized reseller.
  2. Description of Defect: Provide a description of the defect and, if possible, visible proof and the item’s serial number.
  3. Item Return: You may need to return the item for quality inspection.

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number from online purchases made through authorized resellers.
  • Sales invoice.
  • Dated sales receipt from an authorized reseller.

Shipping Costs

  • Buyer must cover shipping costs in the following situations:
    • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
    • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
    • Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in working condition by our quality control.
    • Returning defective items in international shipping.
    • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

Post-Warranty Service

  • After the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges for any required service.
  • Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product.
